Our program is designed for dedicated and skilled internationally educated healthcare professionals. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A licensed registered nurse in your home country.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Nursing.
  • A minimum of one year of work experience.
  • Own a passport.
  • Not restricted from traveling to a testing country and placement countries.

route What is the MyVigator Pathway?

The MyVigator Pathway is our ethical, end-to-end process that guides you from your home country to your new destination. The key steps include:

  • Recruitment: We recruit skilled nurses from source countries such as Ghana, Nigeria, India, and the Philippines.
  • Training & Exam Prep: We provide intensive training and exam preparation for required licensing exams like the NCLEX-RN.
  • Deferred Financing: We finance your entire journey with zero upfront costs.
  • Licensing & Credentialing: Our expert team manages the complex process of credential verification and licensure applications.
  • Job Placement: We secure your job placement with our network of partner healthcare facilities.

payments How much does the program cost me?

MyVigator, Inc. operates on a zero upfront cost model. We finance your entire journey, including training, licensing, and travel for all necessary exams. You only begin repaying the loan after you have successfully secured a job placement and received your first paycheck in the destination country.

We do not cover the cost of airline tickets to your placement country. However, some employers may offer incentives for this directly to the candidate.

If you are discontinued from training due to a sustained lack of commitment, you will have no repayment obligation. This is part of our commitment to an ethical and fair process.

  • 3-year term: 10% APR
  • 4-year term: 12.5% APR
  • 5-year term: 15% APR

Interest accrues only after you have been placed and receive your first paycheck.

We facilitate job placement with our network of partner hospitals and healthcare systems in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Our goal is to ensure you are placed. However, final hiring decisions are made by the employer, and while we work diligently to secure a placement for you, we do not guarantee employment in a specific location or facility.

The timeline for the MyVigator Pathway can vary depending on individual circumstances, including exam schedules, visa processing times, and employer interviews. The training and exam preparation phase typically takes between 9 to 12 months, followed by the licensing, placement, and relocation process.
